Everything met all our needs, would definitely stay here again. Had a pleasant 4-night stay from check-in. - the rooms were clean and had a special atmosphere. - the hotel's proximity to nearby activities and restaurants was convenient.

Its location was absolutely perfect and awesome, in the area of breakfast.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dogs for 4 nights in a spacious, modern room equipped with a walk-in shower and plush bath sheets.

Our room was totally new and pretty spacious. It had AC, an iron, and a private entrance. the food here was amazing, with a wide variety to choose from! 🍴

The Crimson Orchid Inn is a hidden gem in this city. We had a fantastic stay with the Best aspects being the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and friendly staff. The hotel provided transportation and willing to pick us up at the airport, making our arrival stress-free. The outer area of the grounds was beautifully manicured, offering lovely walking paths. The beach was clean and just a short walk away. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with fresh fruit always available. We cannot find any fault with this hotel.

The bed and breakfast was an absolute paradise. the friendly owner picked us up from the airport and drove us to the secluded location nestled in the lush greenery. Surrounded by scenic views with many activities nearby like a river boat ride to see the Mayan ruins. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plush linens and tropical details. the inviting pool, restaurant, and bar made the stay delightful. Breakfast was included and had many options that were filling.

We wished the menu had a bit more variety.

The rooftop terrace/bar offered stunning views and although there wasn't staff in attendance, we were given the freedom to use the bar and write down our own drinks. The breakfasts were satisfactory, with fresh fruit always available. The grounds were beautifully manicured, with lovely walking paths in the outer area where the casitas were located. The beach area was clean and we loved relaxing on the lounge chairs by the pool. The staff, particularly Steven and Wilfred, were amazing and provided excellent service. They were personable, friendly, and always willing to assist us.

The location of the hotel complex was ideal for a romantic escape and allowed for easy access to the nearby beach. The cabanas were clean and well-maintained and there was a yoga structure available to use. The property was beautifully landscaped and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

Our experience at the hotel complex was soured by poor management and lack of transparency with guests. There was no clear information provided about activities or excursions in the area and any information we did receive was from other guests.

I had a relaxing stay in a beautiful cottage surrounded by lush gardens. The screened-in porch provided a peaceful spot to enjoy the tranquil setting. The linens were plush and the unit was fresh and comfortable. The staff was friendly and offered any assistance I needed. I particularly enjoyed the lovely walking paths in the outer area of the grounds. The breakfasts were delicious and the beach area was clean. a great place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The roads leading to the hotel were bumpy in parts and could use some improvement.

Nice Building and Clean Pool the hotel had a nice building, and the pool was clean. the location was also good, close to downtown and public transportation. the room was decent, with a comfortable bed.

Rude Staff and Poor Breakfast Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly and welcoming. There was no one to help with the luggage, and the check-in process was slow.
